The New Epona Center at Apache Springs Ranch
The Epona Center and Herd Have a New Home! After a dozen years in Tucson and several moves to keep up with the need for more space and the proper enviroment, the Epona Center has found a perfect home at Apache Springs Ranch in Sonoita, Arizona. This historic ranch, originally homesteaded by Tom Gardner in the mid-1800s, is a 130-acre property located in the Santa Rita Mountain Range of southern Arizona in scenic Gardner Canyon.

The Epona Center sits at the base of the Santa Rita Mountains.
Surrounded on all sides by Coronado National Forest, the ranch provides a peaceful, private setting for equine experiences. Less than an hour from the Tucson airport, the new Epona Center offers an ideal balance of quiet serenity and convenience.

In between the workshops, we are currently in construction phase: By early 2007, we will have a conference center, guest quarters, dining hall and kitchen to support a diverse array of programs and functions aimed towards the innovative approaches to the equestrian arts, horse-facilitated human development programs, creative arts, private retreats and more.
